Working Late for Another Raise

As the sun sets, it seems that two people are still hard at work, though only one of them is doing actual important work.  

This could be seen as a follow-up to a previous render made some time ago. I wonder what else she has the guy do to net a couple of extra pennies on his paycheck?

On another note, how often do you see business women donning those sort of sandals? Typically, it's heels or pumps. I guess they have a more casual dress code at the higher levels (or perhaps she has enough clout to buck the rules).
